Welcome to Melvin Brewing! This is the beginning of your wonderful new, Kung Fu friendship between our brew family and all beer lovers alike.
The heart of Melvin started beating in the small town of Jackson Hole, Wyoming. With big ideas and even bigger barrels of hops, Melvin now has a 30bbl 6 vessel 20,000 sq ft. production facility in beautiful Alpine, WY! Not to mention a line up of Award Winning Beers.

Company History
2008 - Jeremy Tofte, owner of Thai Me Up restaurant in Jackson Hole, WY decides to start brewing beer in the back of his restaurant. Jeremy, an avid homebrewer for many years, installed a 20-gallon homebrew setup in his restaurant’s dry-storage area and began producing beer on a limited scale.
2010 - Jeremy upgraded his brewing system by purchasing a 3-barrel brewing system from Premiere Stainless.
2012 - TMU’s most successful year-to-date, winning two gold medals and a silver medal at the Great American Beer Festival (the largest and most prestigious beer festival in the world). Melvin IPA won gold in the strong pale ale category; 2x4 Double IPA won gold in the Imperial IPA category; Cherry Freak won silver in the fruit beer category.
2012 and 2013 - 2x4 Double IPA also won the Alpha King award, given to the beer that best balances hops with drinkability and flavor.
2015 - Melvin officially began production in their 20,000-square foot facility on 6-acres in Alpine, Wyoming (a short drive south of Jackson). That year also brought on the honor of the 2015 Small Brewpub of the Year award from GABF
2017 - GABF Brewery Group of the Year for Gold medal beers produced at TMU and Melvin!
