Company Overview
Production brewery opened in 2017 with a taproom and restaurant housed in a lovingly restored, historically-designated Civil War-era German lager beer saloon. We are a growing team passionate about quality, customer experience and most of all German lagers.
Company History
Anton Waldmann opened Waldmann's Lager Bier Saloon in October of 1857; we re-opened the saloon adding a state-of-the-art production brewery in October of 2017--exactly 160 years later. How's that for history?
